Mind Games Wins the SCBWI Crystal Kite for the British Isles!

I've been a member of SCBWI - the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators - since 2008, and never miss the annual British Isles region conference in Winchester. This is a must join organisation for anyone in the UK who is interested in writing or illustrating for young people!

On Saturday night, Mind Games won the Crystal Kite Award for the British Isles, an award voted for by my peers in the region. To say I was really happy and honoured is an understatement.

Anyhow - the video above shows the moment I was presented with the award, and a short(ish) acceptance speech.
